Recovery does not stop when you leave the hospital and that’s where we come in. At Harmony Homehealth Care, our trained Home Health Aides (HHAs) provide compassionate post-operative care to support a safe, comfortable healing process in the privacy of home.

Our aides assist with:
• Monitoring general condition and reporting changes to nurses or family
• Personal care support (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
• Medication reminders and help with comfort measures
• Meal preparation and hydration to support recovery
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, low-stress environment
• Emotional support and companionship during recovery

We work closely with your care team to follow discharge instructions and provide the hands-on help needed to reduce stress, prevent complications, and promote faster healing.
